Doyen Consulting Services received its 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business certification in February 2004 by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Although relatively young, the SBA recognized the potential in D C S I to continue to succeed in delivering excellent service and support to its clients. The minimum requirement of two years in business was waived based on the industry knowledge demonstrated by D C S I and the demonstrated performance in past and current projects.
